Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations which are confirmed by the office more than 24 hours of scheduled shuttle are fully refundable.
   
• Cancellations which are confirmed by the office within 24 hours of scheduled shuttle time are subject to a $25. fee.
   
• Cancellations which are confirmed by the office within 3 hours of scheduled shuttle or failure to cancel are non refundable.
